My lovely new primark bag :)

Hi Ladies,

I picked up this bag a couple of weeks ago, and as it is around heading off to Uni time (I remember it well, enjoy it anyone who is!) I thought I would share it with you as it is perfect for carrying around uni books or using if you are heading off somewhere for the day and need a bag with a bit more space as I did went I went to visit one of my oldest friends last weekend! :)

I spotted this bag quite literally the moment I walked into primark and it was one of those ''I have to have it!'' moments. I love the studded detail around the sides and it is a lovely neutral beige colour which will go with pretty much everything. I had been looking for a large shopper style bag for a while and this one fitted the bill perfectly. Also at £12.00 it was a bit of a bargain too!

Have you picked up any gems in primark lately?

Hope you're having a great week :)

A little Primark Haul :)

Hi Ladies,

So I have picked up a couple of things from primark lately and I thought I would share them with you. I think they have some fantastic stock in at the moment, especially for summer. So first up I picked up these two tops.

I really love both of these. The first top is sheer so I have been wearing it with a black or rust vest underneath, it looks great with jeans and denim shorts, It cost £8.00. The second top is a bit more formal, and was £10.00 I love anything in cream and black, and I thought the dropped shoulder detail on this top was lovely.

I got these chino style shorts for £10.00 I have been looking for some shorts in this colour for ages so I was really chuffed when I spotted these in primark. They fit really well and the material is lovely and comfortable.

I don't normally look in the beauty section of primark but whilst having a little browse, I spotted these cosmetic pads for £1.00 what a bargain!

and thats everything, hope you had a lovely weekend! :)

Primark Haul :)

Hi Ladies,

I went shopping earlier this week so I thought I would show you a few of the bits and bobs I picked up in Primark.

I love this oversized tan and navy blue T shirt, its really flattering and looks lovely with jeans and flip flops, It cost £8.00. I picked up this floral print dress for my summer holiday (which is AGES away, come around sooner please!) Its quite sheer, but great for popping over a bikini on your way to the pool or the beach.

I also picked up two pairs of shoes, although I normally live in my havaianas on holiday I couldn't resist these cute pink and navy flip flops as they were only £2.50! My mum actually spotted the 2nd pair, of tan peeptoes which were £8.00.

The last thing I picked up was this bun doughnut for £1.00 did anyone else use these in the hair for dance classes when they were younger? They are really easy to use and give you a perfect sleek bun, If you would like me to do a post showing you how I use them just let me know :)

and thats everything! Have a lovely weekend! I'm going to make myself a cup of tea (Tetleys Earl Grey with vanilla - lovely!) and watch some Wimbledon :)

Primark Nail Foils :-)

Hi Ladies,

Last month I was really excited when I found these nail foils in primark for the bargain price of £3.00! A few days ago I finally had some spare time on my hands and decided it was about time I tried them out. They were a little fiddly to apply, and I definitely didn't do the best job ever on them but for a first attempt I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out!

The foils only lasted a couple of days before they started to peel off and I decided to remove them, so they're not the type you can expect to last for a long time, but I think they're great for a bit of fun or nights out so I'll definitely be picking some more next time I'm in primark.

Hope you're having a lovely week,

Statement Rings For Summer :)

Hi Ladies!

This summer I have really been enjoying wearing chunky statement rings, I think they're a great way of jazzing up a plain outfit both on an evening and during the daytime! Rings are not something I would usually buy from the highstreet, but you can pick up some real bargains and a little clear nail varnish around the inside usually keeps any green finger marks at bay! So here are three recently purchased rings which I absolutely loving lately :)

I picked up this ring from republic a couple of weeks ago, Its a gorgeous chunky cream coloured heart. This is my most worn of the three, it really goes with the nude/pastel colour trend of this summer and looks lovely with pretty much everything!

This next ring was a primark bargain at only £2.00, Its a lovely chunky rose pink stone set on a gold coloured base. The cut of the stone gives it a slight sparkle, and I've loved wearing this ring during the day with summery print skirts and dresses :)

and last but not least this super sparkly ring from Claires Accessories. The few times I have been out on an evening this summer I have mainly been wearing yellow gold accessories, but if I ever decide to go for silver accessories this bobby dazzler is almost always the ring I reach for. I've been really impressed with the quality of this ring, It is the oldest of the three and looks just as good as it did on the first day I bought it - Thumbs up for Claires!

Which accessories have you been loving so far this summer?

Have a fabulous weekend!

Top tip for kabuki brushes! and Nail Varnish Rave!

Hi all! So, in my ELF haul I mentioned how I was a little disappointed with the fullness of my kabuki face brush. Today I have a top tip for anyone who needs to make their kabuki a little denser for buffing in product, and all you need is a.....*drum roll*......hair bobble! Tying a bobble round the base of the brush really compacts the bristles and depending on how dense you want your brush to be you can move the bobble further up or down the brush! (see pic below for my ELF kabuki after the hair bobble treatment!)
Also, yesterday I jumped on the collection 2000 hot looks band wagon (extremely late might I add!) and picked up the dynasty nail varnish on my way home from work. I am SO impressed with this nail varnish, after two applications it is flawless and the colour is a gorgeous dusty bubblegum pink, It also dries super quick! Here is Dynasty pictured next to a couple of other polishes I want to rave about.

The three little bottles on the left are a french manicure set which I got from the one and only primark for £1! The white tip is a little hard to apply as the brush is a bit too big for that kind of pricision work! But the top coat and french pink are fab especially for £1! The next is a NYC new york colour minute in midtown, this is a gorgeous fushia pink with a slight sparkle to it. it is a great colour for the toes and applys super well!

Has anyone else come across any bargain nail varnish recently?
